Pros
I am just coming up on 3 years working at VoiceBase full time. It has been a very exciting ride - it seems like we are hiring new great people every week. We have a large engineering and sales group at this point, a good range of ages, interests etc. Most of the team works in San Francisco or in Campbell near San Jose. There are holiday parties and other outings around the year. Very good mix of skilled people who are also supportive, a lot of team spirit. - Skilled and friendly team - Great opportunities for growth and incentive share - Some work flexibility, everyone seems to be working very hard to continue success - Leading edge of speech analytics, and ASR as a service I would say that VoiceBase is a great fit for people who are interested in a fast paced startup, who like to learn and adapt constantly. It is fast paced and there is a lot of work to do, but still has a somewhat laid back startup feel - no suites and ties!
