The upper management at headquarters are uneducated and treat employees terribly with way below average salaries and unrealistic demands. They don’t care about their people. Only the doctors they give clinic space to for free. Salespeople are paid minimum wage with no incentives. You’ll hate working here. Parent company New Look pays their opticians 150% more.
