      Some strong and kind team members- got frequent raises

      Cons

      Long work hours with little to no recognition. Hard to move up in the company, was not given chances to get promotions, most of the team had a serious mean girl vibe and would talk about you behind your back, HR did nothing when toxic environment was brought to light

      Industry connects...Learned a ton...had a great title

      Cons

      was micro managed.....under a microscope for the smallest errors....clocked what time I left the office...constantly wrote bad reviews to make me look bad....there was no real leadership...management treated you like you were coming after their job....no encouragement on rare 1 on 1s....basically was set to fail.....underpaid thousands over the course of years...felt like i didnt belong because i didnt look like everyone else....
