Brilliant Company - Anonymous employee Vodlo Employee Review

I have worked in big companies before. It was boring and I was only working. I used to get tired and run home. In Vodlo, it was very different. The office has culture and a lot of team building activities. We talk to each other and there is good communication with the management. I used to be very unhappy that in my old job we were scolded like children about mistakes. At Vodlo they are strict about time and good work, but if we have problems or we don’t know something they are very helpful. So instead of making mistakes we can ask for help. This makes less pressure and stress.

There are workshop sessions on some Saturdays. Some are interesting but some are boring. They should not be compulsory. 
There is no employee bus. It is difficult to reach office without vehicle.
