      Pros

      Vodlo provides us with the latest technology and well-maintained systems to work with. If certain demanding projects require some additional software or facility, the management does its best to acquire what we need. I really appreciate the work ethic and culture at office. It is a great balance of disciplined and enjoyable. Employee-management interactions are very transparent and respectful. We feel cared for.

      Cons

      Snack break! What is one to do! Not all of us are great cooks. We need a canteen or some food stalls. On a more serious note, one downside I see in the company is that our employee reviews are not personal enough. Since it is a small team, we would appreciate a better and more involved review system so we can deliver better results.

      Pros

      I have worked in big companies before. It was boring and I was only working. I used to get tired and run home. In Vodlo, it was very different. The office has culture and a lot of team building activities. We talk to each other and there is good communication with the management. I used to be very unhappy that in my old job we were scolded like children about mistakes. At Vodlo they are strict about time and good work, but if we have problems or we don’t know something they are very helpful. So instead of making mistakes we can ask for help. This makes less pressure and stress.

      There are workshop sessions on some Saturdays. Some are interesting but some are boring. They should not be compulsory. 
There is no employee bus. It is difficult to reach office without vehicle.
