If you're really interested in telecommunication industry in India then this is a good place to learn and grow good HR initiatives and cultural life ( only if your manager spares you the time) low office politics and good colleagues
Cons
In technology department, everyone is overworking, I'm working 72 hrs/ week low increment stressful and constant exploitation no one wants to truly work here, it's only an obligation due to financial needs
