      I was able to be placed in the team I was most excited about, in a role that was of great interest to me.

      In my case, it wasn't a rotational program, but I didn't mind that as much.

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
