Pros
good benefits in terms of family related services (support systems in place), benefits scheme, sick/maternity/paternity pay. some benefits have been taken away recently though... shares, annualy bonus scheme has changed (all in line with current performance of Vodafone UK)
Cons
lack of prospects for progressing in the company, suggestions and improvements you make do not get any recognition (as the people up top will quite happily take the credit). many redundancies in the past few years and some sites/business area's have been outsourced.
