Pros

1. No workload if you want stable life in L2 teams (L1 teams are overloaded) 2. If you can do buttering, very fast position growth 3. Good Yearly hike compared to other peers 4. Leaves are easily approved 5. Great employee policies ( eg: 4 months paternal leave) 6. Very nice insurance tie-up (New India Insurance) 7. Culture and Value for employees (many activities for well-being) 8.Last but important --> Many cash awards and goodies giveaway events (if you are up to participate in events)

Cons

1. Forget on-site opportunities (except SAP people) 2. Very bad politics (no promotion if u don't fight for one, even if you deserve it) 3. Even bad employee retention policies 4. IJP opportunities are not learn and earn (pehchan chahiye). Management (especially reporting managers) wont ever let you go to a project where there are openings even if you resign. (will give all types of reasons) Note:- Not all managers are the same!

Innovative talent all over Vodafone

Cons

Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
