Pros
It is a safe place to stay. never going to be in high water. nice people. if you work seriosly, nobody's going to trick you or make you feel unconfortable. quite discrete pay.
Cons
It depends on where you are working, it is a very big company. for me, very stressful, cause you got to do a thousand things, not all (if any) necessarily interesting nor career-improving (most of 'em boring, actually) a lot of empty pep-talk disguised as internal policies or "missions" or self-improvement.
