      - Supportive colleagues who are willing to help out - Until recently money flowed and investment was easy to obtain - Ambition

      Cons

      - Highly political environment at snr manager level - everyone wants to be an "E band" - Poor benefits at junior end of the business, and disproportionately good benefits at snr end - Tolerate mediocrity

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
