      Used to be a pretty cool company with a management team that was close to your job title and could understand your needs.

      Cons

      Nowdays everything is done with the logic of saving costs. They simply dont care for the employee, they care for the numbers.

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
