      Pros

      Due to the focus on 'transformational' solutions, the potential for interesting projects is high. Good flexible working environment.

      Cons

      Long standing employees are not financially rewarded at all. Pay increases are awful and way below market rate. Too much process taking over. Management pulling in different directions and all trying to make a mark for themselves.

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
