Pros
Some GREAT people trying to do their jobs against impossible odds, broken processes and systems that dont work properly. Vodafone has an amazing range of products - and wants to focus on them but always comes back to "how many phones have we sold last week"
Cons
No work life balance, company moving into "Agile" and if you dont work in the Office 5 days a weeks then you aren't "fully comitted" Stop changing strategy, direction and structures every 5 minutes - Focus on the Strategic view and not the Tactical "next week" view. Things take time to work - and when it doesn't work shouting at people is generally NOT the answer. Discounts only apply to Sim only - they are "ok" no Handset Discounts,
