Huge amounts of jobs. Mostly one person in back office is working not only in his area. Extra hours not for all are paid. In back office you must get in time (deadlines) and it doesn't matter that you have other jobs not done yet. Football is common here too (from other departments oders come and you have to do them even it is not yours department and working area).
