      - Salary and Benefits are very good, different weekly offers are provided via a weekly update - Working environment is very nice and the colleagues in all departments are very supportive - Provide transportation through out the day for different shifts for the 2 main locations - Internal opportunities are available from time to time

      Cons

      - not a very promising career path, but i guess this is the normal everywhere in any multinational company

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
