Pros
Vodafone is a good company to work for overall. They are paying for a degree in for me to progress through the company. They have regular pay reviews with good opportunities to get an increase in salary.
Cons
The only problem with Vodafone is internal communication and the handing off of jobs to other people when no one knows if it is them who is supposed to be dealing with it.
