Pros
Good HR policies. HSW initiatives at all levels at recent times makes you feel like a family. In the 5 years at Vodafone had been through several assignments which had been very enriching.
Cons
No decision making at lower levels. Recently there has been plenty of negative vibes. Almost all the departments are busy discussing the pressure cooker. Working outside the office becomes more pleasurable rather than in the cozy comforts of the HO.
