Pros

The only pro's would be they are quite flexible when you need specific days and the craic with fellow colleagues

Cons

Appalling treatment to retail staff/sales advisors, you NEVER get paid full commission due to a broken and one sided NPS system. I've personally witnessed many colleagues bullied and harassed out of a job. Sales staff are treated like dogs compared to their mountinview counterparts, you are guaranteed to be transferred to a different store every few months regardless of your location and your needs will not be taken into account. You are managed through a very unprofessional group whatsapp as most store managers do not have the correct training, staff will also be threatened with disciplinary meetings in these group Whatsapp's on a daily basis. Staff turnover is at an all time high, There is almost no progression to move up the ladder other than an assistant manager. Finally the pay rate is no more then just over minimum wage, DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY as it will make you physically ill and tear you down mentally.

Innovative talent all over Vodafone

Cons

Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
