Good for starting career - Chapter Lead Vodafone Employee Review

Currently the company is under a lot of changes and they are presented to the teams leading to questions that noone can answer at the moment. Not clear role responsibilities, everyone does everything, increasing the workload. Not good salary growth, the expand of responsibilities does not cover them and we are doing the extras for "the good of the company" without any compensation. Not good life-work balance. Management tends to be more like a boss than a leader.
