      Good wage and comission structure. Aren't overly aggressive about hitting targets once an effort is being made. Easy to progress within retail

      Cons

      Very difficult to progress outside of retail. Scheduling and rosters can be pretty rigid with some late hours depending on the store

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
