Pros
work life balance with a lot of benefits but for in source only . outsource get medical insurance but lower by several folds and some outsource companies doesn't even bother to cover insurance or just register for lowest tier.
Cons
being outsource is sealing you from actual benefits and you only get transportation and insurance which is weak and no stability you can be screwed over by outsource company really badly and lose your job .
