Commission was ideal for part time.

There had always been high staff turnover however I was let go after rejoining, making it easy for the franchiser to cut costs. I rejoined to help the franchiser out, as he was needing reliable and experienced staff. I did my job from September-December, however I was let go. In November I made £900 on top of my salary in bonuses. The store and myself hit every target we could and I performed well in a service mystery shop. The following week i was called, whilst on my holiday might I add, and informed my job role was no longer needed. This came as a shock being the stores top salesman since might return as well as being the most senior member of staff besides the franchise owner. Needless to say I had the keys to the store and the franchise owner did not even have the respect to sack me in person, he rather opted to do it over the phone due to pure cowardice.

Innovative talent all over Vodafone

Cons

Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
