Cons

Middle management is a blocker rather than an enabler: poor team formation, unclear ownership, and limited coaching. Upward communication is stifled—issues from the ground rarely reach senior leadership, while directives flow top-down without context. Lack of basic processes and standards leads to rework and confusion. No transparent career paths or leveling, so engineers can’t see where they’ll be after 2–3 years.

Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
