Cons
As a consultant your money gets deducted from your salary at the end of the month which would be 1K deduction per mistake. Most likely the only franchise that does this. Which can still be rectified in the end. Freedom of speech means nothing at all. You have to be on your toes with everything that you do. Working in an environment as toxic as this would make anyone get sick. Taking a day off and having a valid doctors note is prohibited. This company could take 90% of your commission including part of your basic salary. If I could describe a company as fraud and illegal , it would be this company. HR department don’t know what needs to be done most of the time. Lack of communication by HR. HR running like headless chickens and management being totally unfair with work schedules. Working 13 days straight and no off days ???? Most pathetic company ever. The cons outweigh the pros is an understatement. The money is not worth the stress to be honest.
