Flexiable work conditions with 2 days in the office and 3 at home, open plan office and new with great facilities, Helpful people and new CEO with a long-term vision for Vocus growth.
Cons
Vocus recently purchased TPG with TPG employees coming into the Vocus business. Some roles are "double ups" so a bit of uncertainly for some roles. This will settle down in the coming months however acknowledge that some roles have uncertainty or job security.
