Pros
Flexible work hour. You can work from home, anytime, when evey you want. Good benefit. Good rate for contractor. (Not for fulltime empoyees)
Cons
I saw worst Android source code in my life. All UI written by Java, (They did not use xml) Ui and business logic maxed in Activity. Only one developer has full access to Core function (such as VOIP). Other developers has read only access. Too much QA tasks for developer. (developers must run full test cases) UsingOld version control system (SVN ) No leaning opportunity.
