Pros
No pros , just gives me more room for cons. They have went through 13 employees in 5 months. All were real people, people with kids, people with families, people that wanted to better them self's, but all were given false hope. So they go home to their families with the bad news and were told it was their fault they didn't do good. It is not true.
Cons
The owner fired one person per training class with in the first week to show everyone that they are expendable. They want you to make 100 calls a day, 10 subs a week, and have 15 people on billing in the first month. That isn't even possible but if they set the goal high then when they fire you they can fight your unemployment. LASTLY, every single good review on here was put on here by new recruits the first day because management told us to.
