Small Company with huge potential - Anonymous employee Vizitech Solutions Employee Review

I have been with the company since almost its inception. Amazing to see how the company is changing and adapting to the new ways of implementation. This company is only if you are a performer. Others get a very normal salary and not much growth. So if you are not passionate then this company is not for you. Finally, good to see that people who have attitude and no passion for the job are being let go graciously. Almost all who have been passionate has got an opportunity to travel to Japan. Hats off to the company!

Even after 4/5 years, it still works as a startup. need to wear multiple hats

Vizitech works in the hottest FinTech segment. This company has given a lot of opportunities to young talent and company is very fair in terms of giving opportunities. If you want to create your real career then this company is a good fit for you. You will get plenty of opportunities and freedom to work. Most of my friends are working on support role where as I think I am making a great career by getting opportunity to work on real technologies.

Company is still in the startup phase and client base is increasing rapidly so company expects responsibilities and accountability which is still not clearly defined. Even though salary is as per market standard, there are no additional perks that big companies offer.
