You are certainly right to say that Vizergy has changed significantly over the past two or so years. Our business has changed, our clients have changed, as has our industry in general. Change is difficult to manage and usually presents challenges on many levels. We try, as best we can to manage through these challenges – and we know that we don’t get everything right all the time.
As a current member of our team, you are likely aware that we have recently stepped up our investment and commitment to our Human Resources effort. This was done primarily to address some of the items that you have shared related to employee training, system-wide communication and career advancement. Obviously, there is still much more work to do, and we are committed to doing it as resources allow.
Thank you again for taking the time to pass along your thoughts on this forum. Any member of the management team would also be happy to discuss your thoughts in person – as we continue to have an open door policy. We want to listen and we want Vizergy to be a great place to work.
