Pros

Worked with very talented engineers solving real healthcare problems. As an early team member I had the opportunity to build core product features from the ground up, including real-time communication systems and advanced medical visualization tools. The engineering work was challenging and meaningful, and there was strong ownership over large parts of the product. You get exposure to complex technical problems and systems that operate at real clinical scale.

Cons

Like many fast-growing companies, priorities and processes sometimes evolve quickly, which can require teams to adapt frequently. However, this also creates opportunities to learn and take ownership of improving systems and architecture.
