Salaried position. You're expected to work Mon. to Fri. 7 to 5 (10 hr's a day ), most Sat.'s 7 to 12:00. Sunday if production is down, and as needed. ( Like 3 am and someone calls and reports a system down ) All for $60,000. a year. At best you make $20. an hour. Oh yeah, and you have to go thru multiple approvals to buy replacement parts and maintenance supplies.
