      Everyone works as a team. Great leadership in running the company.

      Not really a con, but a lot of things are done manually. It is not a con because you learn a lot having to do some things manually.

      Mis-managed by CEO - he drove it into the ground. He destroyed a great company and hurt a lot of people.
