Pros

10 minute break in the morning and 10 minutes in the afternoon broke up the day. The customers are generally nice. The office was modern and cleaned every day. If you are one of the favourites your opinions might be listened to.

Cons

No opportunities for progression whatsoever. The entire place is run by a small group of people who have been there since day one, are on ridiculous salaries and they do not like any new ideas that could change this. It is a ruthless company and they will fire whole teams whenever they feel like it. Any changes take months to come about as the director is not in much to authorise anything, including bonuses or promotions. If they can ‘lose’ the paperwork so your bonus is delayed then they will do. There’s no sick pay and the hours are long, although managers will come in late and leave early as rules don’t apply to them. Staff morale is incredibly low but if you attempt to search for a new job and managers see your CV online you will be brought into a meeting.

Pros

No workplace is perfect, this is a somewhat new company, well on its way.

Cons

As stated above, somewhat new company will take some time.
