Pros

10/10 Culture Positive Energy Dedicated Team Members Forward Thinking Healthy Work / Life Balance Upper Management Values Family and Travel Rocket Ship for Learning Autonomy

Cons

Youngish company means that core processes are still being determined, so this can be a double-edged sword. If you're hungry and love to learn and solve problems, you'll thrive here. If you need step-by-step instructions to feel confident, you'll take some time to ramp.

This industry is fast-paced! If you're a hustler, this job is for you. If you prefer a more relaxed, slow, and steady environment, agency life may not be the best choice.

Pros

I have worked here for almost 2 years and it's been the best professional decision I've made to date. The CEO is brilliant with a contagious entrepreneurial spirit, so thinking outside the box and expressing creativity are omnipresent vibes. Management wants everyone's opinions to be taken into consideration, and I feel comfortable sharing my ideas. Opportunities for growth & advancement have been the biggest benefit for me, as I received a promotion just a year in to my career here for more responsibility and a louder voice in the company. To be transparent- I worked my butt off to get here, but enjoyed the learning process every step of the way. Having the freedom to affect real change and manage my own projects is simply unparalleled. I actually enjoy coming into the office every day- and view it more as solving problems and creating awesome material with my (super talented) friends than "work." Laughing, sharing weekend stories, Friday lunch trips, pot-lucks and the occasional holiday pong tournament balance out the 8:00-5:00 work day. Speaking of the work day, picture high energy clients, deadlines splashed across several whiteboards, group brainstorming sessions, running around and a LOT of coffee. If you like productivity and the reward of progress and client's successes to show for it, you will love this agency.

Cons

Short breaks - often isn't time during the day for a full hr lunch break you might find at other companies
