Pros

-You work in an exciting industry with other automotive enthusiasts

Cons

-Pay is ok, benefits aren't great -You will see other reviews mentioning the owners. Dan and Rob have huge egos and they don't respond well or really listen to feedback. They had a lot of success so now they know everything even though competitors are beginning to take some business. -Teams don't work together so a lot of hostility between some teams. An entire department walked out while I was there. Some were fired. -We have parts on the site that aren't in stock so some customers get understandably frustrated -No office perks to speak of. The equipment is old. I often bought my own stuff alot -A lot of people come and go and those who stay must pick up slack -Call center feel. You don't get much of the "car culture" on certain teams -Company updates never really say much but to sell more. Minimal recognition -HR is a joke. Loads of bad behavior

Pros

The number one reason I worked for this company was the work life balance. The company delivered on this 100%. As a manager time management was up to me and I managed it with in the work day.

Cons

Un-organized at times. Not really a con as most Company's do struggle with this as I have seen in my career

Cons

I dedicated years of my life to this company, giving my best effort and staying committed to its success. Unfortunately, my time here left me feeling under appreciated and undervalued. There is little to no recognition for hard work, and employees are often taken for granted. The CEO does not care about the employees. There is no real effort to create a positive work environment, and leadership is completely disconnected from the day-to-day struggles of the staff. Decisions are made without considering the impact on employees, leading to low morale and high turnover. One of the biggest issues is the lack of an HR department. This means there is no accountability for inappropriate behavior, and people can say whatever they want without consequences. It creates a toxic work culture where professionalism is often ignored. Overall, I would not recommend working here. If you’re looking for a company that values its employees and fosters a supportive work environment, this is not the place.
