      Pros

      Generally a cool company to work for and the employees are all great people. They offer great opportunities for their people with competitive pay and benefits. Very nice facility with state of the art equipment and technology.

      Cons

      Company culture is not really what it’s hyped up to be. A lot of tension between the different departments and not very genuine when it comes to portraying a team atmosphere. Everyone seems to share the same chip on their shoulder everyday, either about a certain person or group of people within the company or something about the overall company itself. Makes for a toxic atmosphere. The onboarding process is very rocky and unorganized making it impossible to effectively train new employees. The employees who are responsible for training are typically forced by management and it’s clear that they don’t have the time and hate doing it.

      Pros

      Vivid Impact has a really positive culture and a strong team environment. As a floor leader, I’ve seen a lot of people grow here, and hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. There are good opportunities to move up, especially with how fast the company is growing. Even though there are a lot of changes, leadership usually takes the time to explain the why and gives teams time to adjust. Communication is clear, and overall it feels like a fair place to work where people are supported and recognized.

      Cons

      The fast growth means things can change quickly, which isn’t for everyone. That said, the company is open about changes and does its best to help employees through transitions.

      Pros

      Nice facilities, friendly and supportive coworkers, immediate supervisor was great. Lots of employee appreciation and social events.

      Cons

      Not really any room to advance (for my particular job at least). They don't offer health insurance coverage for spouse/partner.
