Company culture is not really what it’s hyped up to be.
A lot of tension between the different departments and not very genuine when it comes to portraying a team atmosphere. Everyone seems to share the same chip on their shoulder everyday, either about a certain person or group of people within the company or something about the overall company itself. Makes for a toxic atmosphere.
The onboarding process is very rocky and unorganized making it impossible to effectively train new employees. The employees who are responsible for training are typically forced by management and it’s clear that they don’t have the time and hate doing it.
