Pros

Strong emphasis on work-life balance (5:30pm goals) That company is still growing with a good vision for it's long-term targets "Bai" culture

Cons

Promotion is based on tenure as they consider this in the requirement of your promotion (tenure of 2 years) aside from looking at your annual performance measures. Moreover, there is no annual increase and 14th month pay on your 1st year. Ensure to negotiate this portion during the job offer. Operational and internal processes are not strongly in place. There are redundancies in their systems that contribute to ineffeciencies (processing of liquidations take time, bidding of service contracts can be tedious for new subsidiaries, and laptop issuance for new hires) Moreover IT controls are weak although they are trying to improve this Implementing projects may take time due to the bureaucracy (Vivant has a lot of redundant meetings for project presentation - gating process is tedious, you'll have a hard time expediting projects) Culture has heavy emphasis on setting up meetings instead of taking decisive action

Pros

They were so pro-employee, with big benefits and a genuine focus on keeping their team happy and engaged. The perks were amazing - generous vacation time, top-notch healthcare, even a gym membership and free healthy snacks in the office. But beyond the benefits, the overall culture was just so positive and supportive. Colleagues were always willing to lend a hand, and leadership really went the extra mile to recognize great work.

Cons

I cannot find anything bad about the company.
