Pros
It's extremely rewarding to be able to help customers find their perfect piece of jewelry for either themselves or for a loved one. The jewelry is great quality with lots of options for casual and formal wear. Vivah does translate to marriage/wedding so having a lot of glitz and glamor is good! We even sell men's/unisex jewelry which is a great thing!
Cons
There is no DM which means no coaching. Yes, there are employees at head office that are always willing to help with everything, but it's but the same as a DM. No tech person to send out emails to our Loyalty members when there's a new promo. No website.
