Generous PTO package Above average health coverage

Vivacity claims it wants to be the best place to work, and I’m sure it’s a great place for people working in office roles at the main HQ locations. However in the warehouse it’s another story all together. Our working conditions get worse and worse, feedback to management goes nowhere and there is never any follow through on proposed changes. Raises happen arbitrarily and without any formal process, and when they do happen it’s never sufficient. Almost no one in my role has had raises that kept up with inflation in 2024, we talk a lot about how much money the company is making but none of it makes it to our paychecks. My favorite thing about this job when I was hired is that I always felt like I was respected and valued, but that has certainly changed. Just today nine techs were laid off one week before Christmas because of a “culture mismatch.” While I’m thankful to still have my job, it’s frustrating to see how little upper management seems to respect their hourly workers.
