I have grown so much in my time with the company, they never hold anyone back on their way up through the company. I have grown personally as well, I could not have asked to work for a better company as my first job after college and on to adulthood.

It can take a little getting used to dealing with such a highly motivated team. But as long as you keep your energy and adjust as fast as you can, this is a great company to grow with. If you are not that motivated of an individual, this probably isn't a company that will suit you well.
