      Good employees and good pay

      Cons

      Owner is volatile and makes issues personal, CEO is also volatile and makes rash decisions and does not care about customers or employees, ONLY cares about profits, Operations Managers do not help managers and reap the benefits of their hard work while constantly hiring and firing as Owner and CEO bid them to.
