      You will learn & research new things on your own.

      Cons

      No management, no hikes, poor work culture. They will always expect you to work extra and on weekends. They used to take projects in hard deadlines then Employees are forced to stay in the company the whole night to meet those deadlines. If you say no they will simply ask you to leave the company.

      I would prefer hybrid but it was in-office, but wouldn't consider this a con.
