If you keep your head down it can be a good place to work. The annual company party is fun. Benefits are decent. That’s about it.

The quit and fire rate at this company is really high. They have a few others too Apex and Lorval I heard the same thing there. Careful what you say you better just smile and nod and if you quit and say anything bad, or if you refuse to sign a release if you get let go, I heard they go after people with lawyers letters and will talk bad about you to people at the company. Owner is a real fanboy of Tony Robbins so if you work there be ready to spend your own time over your weekend locked in a windowless boardroom being videod for 10 hours a day watching his clips for the 90’s. Then you get put in a group chat and the owner sends Tony Robbins quotes at all hours even on weekends and you have to pretend to be excited about it. It’s like a cult. Obey or get out.

There were no pros other than finishing at 2pm

Bullying and aggressive management. Horrible place and culture
