Coworkers in the Vitro Glass Technical Center and the all of plants. There are many ways to network and volunteer for the community, food bank, etc. ——— WARNING-Stay Away from the Customer Service, Sales Support Teams; both East and West Coast Teams, they are a TOXIC, Gossipy Group

Cons

The outdated unskilled Customer Service, Sales Support Teams in Cheswick Glass Technical Center. The Managers and Team Leaders of the Customer Service Department keep the group overworked and on edge, it is sadly not a team environment at all, they throw each other under the bus constantly to save themselves from “Monitoring Micro-Managers “ The Management’s mantra is “If you don’t like it, go find another job”. The only perk to staying was remote working for the Customer Service Teams but that has changed to Hybrid now -the change was to correct toxic team behavior. Seriously! These Customer Service jobs are moving to Mexico by the end of this year 2023, Vitro has been preparing for it for 3 years (since they bought PPG and have just transitioned to SAP to make it easier. I ALMOST FORGOT!! Men get paid more than women in all jobs /departments. Managers were outraged when we all started sharing our salary and bonus amounts with each other.
