      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to volunteer for overtime. Coworkers are very respectful and are easy to work with.

      Cons

      The 12 hour days are long and the forced overtime can make it difficult to have a life outside of work. Production schedule and goals can change arbitrarily and make it difficult to meet expectations.
