      Good salary, Nice benefits and location.

      Cons

      Communication in the company definitely needs to improve. Sometimes you find out about a meeting you'll be having minutes before. Also, hierarchy is confusing as hell.

      Vitrio is a company that cares about people, giving conditions to the employee to work in a good environment, with flexibility to work in a range of time working, good benefits and with a very data-driven mind.

      Cons

      As a company that is growing fast, it has to structure its human resources politics and some new departments (IT, SEO)
