Great pay overshadowed by chaos and poor management - Case Manager Vitra Health Employee Review

I started in the beginning of the year and like the clients, people and benefits. I like Vitra values LpNs too.

Onboarding was not that grwat

The pay is better than most.

If I could give no stars I would. If you are looking for a company with toxic upper management that is more concerned with media persona and being present at sporting events, rather than actually making sure the nurses and pay checks for caregivers show up… you’re applying to the right spot. Good luck getting support from management when all you’ll get is angry customers because systems and processes aren’t just “changing”. Management is scared to advocate for the resources their teams need to properly provide service because only the “yes” men survive. Otherwise a lot of the “changes” people speak of are either people leaving because they’re fed up or people’s positions being eliminated. (Constantly) They’ve done a good job telling people to flood in good reviews, but don’t let them fool you. Could go on about how they boost intake numbers, but once they’re in it’s almost like they forget they exist. Not all cases, but the company has snowballed within recent years. What WAS a good company shifted mindset. If you want to be proud of your work and company I’d think twice before sending in your app to Vitra Health! I hope this reaches as many potential people it can, before it gets drowned out with less accurate information.
