      My manager is good. He is flexible and reasonable. I have no problem work hard with him.

      Cons

      no performance related compensation. Hard work has no rewarded. Some got very busy, some got light work load.

      Great Managers, 100% remote, with good(standard) benefits

      Not much for moving up the ladder here. You get the experience and certs while your here and move on to a different company if you're looking for career progression.
