Pros

Vitally is an incredibly impressive platform for how early and small the team is, and it speaks volumes to the talent and vision of the team. Already taking business away from the major players, Vitally is well positioned to take a huge position in the customer success market and truly helping companies transform how they manage their own customers. The founding team is a rare blend of visionary and technical strength with prior success while being very level-headed and kind. Having been at a number of high growth startups previously, including a unicorn, I can say with full confidence that the team so far is the strongest foundation of any. It's early days here for certain, but I'm extraordinarily excited for what this company can become as a business and as a culture for other professionals to grow while enjoying coming to work every day

Cons

- Not inherently a con, but there definitely aren't a lot of processes built out yet because it's just a Series Seed business. That's specifically what's exciting to me, but it may be scary or come across as unstructured to others. - Because it's so early, there isn't a lot of guaranteed certainty about the future of the business, though of course everyone here believes that won't be an issue!

Pros

The team I was working on was truly pretty great. My manager was supportive, and I got along well with my peers.

Cons

Leadership at the level ABOVE my direct manager was difficult to work with. They made sweeping decisions without considering how those decisions might affect the people working under them. It showed a pretty dramatic lack of maturity from a leadership perspective, and I did not feel they had my best interests at heart. KPI/OKRs expectations were not communicated and your actual job duties weren't always clear. I accept some ambiguity in the start-up space, but this was a whole different level.
